At Luma Kitchen, our woodfired pizzas are made with time and care, using simple techniques that let quality ingredients shine. Our dough is slow risen for over 48 hours to develop flavour and texture, then hand stretched to order for the perfect balance of chew and crispness. Baked in our traditional wood burning oven, every pizza comes out with a beautifully golden crust and a light, airy base. They’re made to be shared — gathered around the table with good company, good food, and no fuss.
